Ten people died and hundreds were injured at Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival in Houston in November 2021 during a crowd crush. Witnesses and victims alleged Scott continued performing while people were visibly in distress and dying, and that emergency services were repeatedly blocked. Scott faced over 300 lawsuits. A criminal investigation was ultimately closed without charges in 2023.
