Gary Glitter (Paul Gadd) was convicted of possessing child pornography in 1999 and sentenced to four months in prison. In 2006 he was deported from Vietnam following a conviction for child sex offences and sentenced to three years. In 2015 he was convicted in the UK of three counts of indecent assault against an underage girl and one count of attempted rape, and sentenced to 16 years in prison.
