Win Butler, frontman of Arcade Fire, was accused of sexual misconduct by four to five people in a 2022 Pitchfork investigation. The allegations described inappropriate sexual encounters with devoted fans aged 18–23 while Butler was in his late 30s, including one allegation of sexual assault. Butler admitted to the encounters but disputed the accounts, claiming all interactions were consensual. Feist and Beck withdrew from the band's tour following the report.
